The installation and set up of the system was completed quickly and easily and they follow up to make sure you are getting on alright with it. The fact that the system can be used via an app on your phone, a key fob or a key pad makes it really versatile and there is always someone on the end of a phone or ready to answer an email with any questions you have so the after service has been wonderful. So far we have installed an internal alarm system but we will also be using Smart Home Security to provide us with external CCTV cameras and gate automation, all which will integrate with what we currently have and be controlled via our existing app. A great feature is the ability to take the system with you when you move, though this is not relevant to us as we plan on staying in this house for quite a while!I had given this a one star because it was not accurately presented to me.
